With the August DVB T230 wherever you can watch TV without the use of any internet or data usage. The stick supports the reception of the public legal transmitter in Germany, private channels cannot be played.
To operate you should have easy software and driver CD from the manufacturers website, (one is not included). This allows the Fortwährende current of drivers and software. A step by step guide in English is of course with you.
