Sales Account Manager

 

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for business development and administration of B2B sales
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate with distributors and resellers
  • Produce and update product information
  • Create and maintain customer database
  • Develop and manage relationships with trade customers
  • Develop and manage marketing and PR activities
  • Administer and apply commercial terms and conditions
  • Work together with senior managers and external advisors

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience of customer accounts administration
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and networking skills
  • Strong commercial and excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of sales and admin software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Strong IT and analytical abilities with excellent organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of portable electronic products and digital gadgets

 

Digital Marketing Executive

 

Key Duties:

  • Improving traffic across the company’s corporate and retail websites, and third party online sales platforms, such as Amazon, ebay, etc
  • Website maintenance and online contents/description creation
  • Driving SEO and SEM to create organic growth
  • Social Media management
  • Email marketing
  • Other marketing duties as required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High level of both written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of Amazon, eBay and social media marketing
  • Experience of SEO, SEM and PPC advertising for e-commerce
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Candidates with fluency in multiple European languages will be prioritised

 

E-Commerce Operation Executive

 

Key Duties:

  • Creating product listings for online sales platforms
  • Handling marketing and promotion campaigns at Amazon, ebay, search engines and social media websites
  • Optimising search engine rankings for in-house ecommerce platform
  • Managing communication with e-commerce platforms
  • Monitoring sales and stock levels in fulfilment centres
  • Translation of product descriptions/user manuals
  • Handling phone and email enquiries from customers

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High level of both written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of business and commercial operations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Experience of SEO, SEM and PPC advertising for ecommerce
